Running tires up Monday the 11th (not tomarrow) after testing things out next Saturday at Bandimere. Install went great - getting the tranny out was a bear though. The Pfadt motor mounts don't droop down like the OEM ones would, so Brian had to use a few tricks. New one slipped right in. Kevlar blanket doesn't seem to have affected operating temps on the highway at all. Ted called as he passed in the opposite direction and our tranny temps were extremely close to each other at 180 degrees.

Forgot to try this out.... was peeking through the windows just before dealership opened, then kept busy right up to hurring back to Denver. Looked really nice, but I prefer the look of the hardtops. I'd be curious if the frame flexes much. I had a '90 Toyota Supra Turbo with targa top and the body really flexed with the road - gotta wonder if it could handle Bandimere and torque on the body. But then again, someone getting a convertable is probably looking more at cruising and fun factor in the summer. Maybe Cheri needs a White one with IOM Stripes! That would be a cool picture
