I will be out this weekend on my motorcycle. We may have to get together so I can see one in person. If you see an orange and black custom sport bike staring at you, it's me. Lol

Lol, well I might be all over the island for photos. My roommate was showing me shots of his vw R32 this guy took. Looks like some good scenery out past waianae and behind the Hilton in Waikiki. Good excuse to put some on during break-in

What does he charge? I. Am an avid photographer and have been considering getting into making money at it. Curious what people get for this sort of thing?

Hey Ozzy. Yahooo. I'm happy for you . You have been a constant source of help for others, while waiting so long for your ride. Your car will be stunning in the Hawaiian sunsets. The hottest car on the island, with the possible exception of newb's arrival. Cheers!

What's up guys? So yesterday on my way back from getting ice cream from Safeway I hammer it in 1st(doing about 25-30mph) on a clear straight away. I go for a quick shift into second at around 5k RPM(judging by the sound of the motor), but I got locked out. It was weird. I had to release the clutch pedal then apply it again to go into 2nd. Is this the skip shift? I was always under the impression it activated at low RPM's.

On a different topic. I work in the city and see exotic cars on a regular basis. Yesterday I saw my first McLaren mp4-12c. It was pretty sick in all black.

Does not sound like skip shift.... don't think it can kick in with rpms that high....

That's what I thought. Maybe it was user error. Looks like I'll have to recreate the situation. For research.
