sorry guys.. sold Camaro and got a Cadillac CTS, waiting for a few years to get a 2010 SS used ;]

The biggest issue I have is, if I buy a C6, the C7 will be out in a few years. Will it be that much cooler? I just need to stick with one and deal with it.

I've been thinking about this too. I think of it like this:

Corvette C6: lighter weight, but if you get it in the same price range as camaro it will be used.
5th gen: quite a bit heavier, but can be bought new more afford ably. <-I didn't know that was two words..huh.

This is basically the only argument I can think of between the two.

^Don't think you'll have to worry bout that. Price...the Camaro just won't get up there in the vette's price range. The only ones you'll see up there will be the super special editions. I seriously think you will see SS's and Z28's far less than 40K....far less. Try 30K...
