My L99 2011 2ss can go into tap shift mode if i hit the button while it is only in drive mode what the f***

So this probably means that the TapShift in D mode is not the same as it in S mode? I really wonder.

I believe in D mode it will return to normal auto operation after 20 or 30 seconds but in "S" mode it stays in manual mode unless you shift to D or hold the shift + button a few seconds.

This would be new because I am pretty sure it does not work on the 2010's...at least not on mine. Only in M not D.

It is some sort of new idea on the 2011's if you want to use the tapshift in D you dont hvae to down shift it will for u and when you come to a complete stop it will automatically go back to regular D..in S if u hit the tapshift its all the driver shifting up and down...now whats the point of this
