So there is no v6 a6 positrac unit available?

It would accelerate way faster, but u would shave away some top speed and loose 1-2 mpg on the highway but on the streets you would increase mpg if your light on the pedal because the engine wouldn't have to work as hard to get up to the speed limit for the streets.

i was thinking 3.73 for mine eventually as well. when i got the car new the ideal of putting a new rear end in at the time wasn't what i wanted to do so i opted for the m6.

I would like to find someone who has done the swap to get complete info. My understanding is the driveshaft rear flange is different also on the A6 V6 also.
Anyone here done the A6 LFX diff swap please contact me. I have power I need to get planted to the ground to go deep into the 12 second ETs. Can't put the juice on in 1st with a one tire fire.

Don't forget you need a tune to correct the speedometer.
