the GT9 cam will kill a bunch of low-end torque and make it up in the high end, just so you know we spin a TVS2300 camaro 6900 because it makes peak power there with the GT9, this is with low boost from the blower. If you're making high boost youll peak at a lower rpm and make up for the low rpm torque loss. Plus it doesnt surge or buck.

I was also told to install the GT9 and advance it 4 degrees for a better overall power curve by a dude who specs cams for a living, might want to try that.

I had a G5XB and it is a great blower CAM no overlap and not too aggressive. Makes great power.

I'm running a CMS custom grind on a Comp Cam. Before the blower I picked up about 60 HP, with the Maggie and OD cogs with the 3.8 pulley it picked up just a hair over 200rwhp @ 9.5 pounds of boost. I think it was in the $350 range for just the cam.

I'm looking for the same thing which fits the TVS 2300 but i need a good decent powerful cam which is stealth in idle just like the stock (i just don't want the noise).. I also have L99 but not planning for the LS3 conversion ..

Which one do you recommend guys ?

You'd have to get a VVT cam then. TSP has ome of those, but if it were me, I would be doing the conversion. Your options would be far greater if you do that. I would also recommend the GT9, LS9, or Jannety Smooth Idle cam in that case.

These are your options for keeping the AFM lifters in place: http://texas-speed.com/c-234-camshaf...c-engines.aspx

I would find some one who can spec a cam to YOUR specs, your needs and wants .No reason for a cam sitting on the shelf, why comprimise? I would find someone who not only has several 2300 builds over 800rwhp but has a vast knowledge of the PD blowers and knows how to get you where you want to be.I would look for proven results and tons of happy customers from mild to wild. Our number is 980-521-0722 we can get you the right cam the first time

We have a cam in stock with all supporting components that will pickup 80-100rwhp on a TVS 2300. Our camshafts have proven to make the most HP/TQ and still maintain exceller drive-ability.

Edit, just read you did not want to ditch the L99 stuff. The gains will not be as significant but I would really suggest removing all of those components to prevent failures anyway

The LPE GT-11 cam is another great option. OEM driveability and stealth sound. Whatever cam you choose you will need to ditch the AFM lifters otherwise I wouldnt add a cam at all.
