How cool is that. If you are happy with the amount of food you are eating I would keep the ratio's similar to where you are now, you can try different foods but keep them similar in their neutrient values and categories. If next weigh in is similar to this I'd say you're pretty much on target.
Great work |

Congrats BeckyD. Hard work pays off. Itll all come around and get easier. You'll start to see more weight loss and refinement, but it takes time and patience. Dont get discouraged once you plateau. Keep going and you'll see even more change. Happy for you

thank you thank you thank you couldn't do it without your help. Most of the time I feel like I'm getting enough, but sometimes the cravings take over and I'm finding that if I drink one of my SoBe Lifewaters that helps alot. I think I'm getting something when all it is is flavored water- no cals, no protein, no carbs, no fat - no nuthin, but keeps me out of the cupboard. Next Wed will tell the story. We'll see - I'm excited |

I keep pushing the high protein pancakes and I'm not gonna stop untill you try them. They will give you the added protein as well as some important nutrients, they will help fill all the gaps you have and taste good and they are good for anytime of day. Believe me, if you make them in the portion size I suggested and nibble on it with a glass of water (your flavored water is fine) or a cup of coffee it will fill you up and hold you over for a good while, most likely you will only eat half unless you really really like them lol. Can't wait untill next weeks results. |

Hi Bonnie - great to see you and I'll look forward to your recipes. I still have the chicken and tomatos and spinach and cottage cheese(I think) I liked it so I'll have to see how that fits in. It was great for left overs too. You are amazing in what you've done and we're all here to cheer you on!! + I'll see your posts on FB |

I will make those, and I'm hoping to do it tonight. Got a couple of others things to get out of the way, but I should have time. I'll be sure to let you know. |

Made the world famous protein pancakes
Taste great, look like crap. My cooking skills leave a lot to be desired. I doubled the recipe and made 3 of them and next time I may just break it down to 6. They are huge. I kept scooping up the crumbs as the fell off- I'm taking one to work with me tomorrow |
