LOL your lucky were not allowed to post street racing videos on here. I don't have to prove anything to you my SRT8 is my daily driver so I know what it can and can not do. Your delusional here let me post this for you.....

go ahead and tell me a bolt on tuned SRT8 cant run with a bolt on tuned L99 lol. A intake, tune, catback SRT8 is a 12.4-12.9 @110-114 car. Go brush up on your car knowledge before you call BS.

the 6.1 is fast enough to beat a L99 in stock form. Everyone knows the L99 is held back by the stock tune.

Might want to check the L99 stock dyno forum here... (low 300's) The average 6.1 stock puts down 360-370 Thats on par with the LS3 numbers
Mine stock put down 375 RWHP uncorrected & 364 RWHPcorrected.... Just sayin

the 6.1 is a drivers race against a L99 thats is true, but not the LS3. Im talking stock for stock and both equal drivers

ill agree its a drivers race against a L99 but the LS3 has better power to weight ratio and with equal drivers stock for stock the LS3 will win.

The SS traps 4mph faster and continues to pull. Around a track it would be even more of a beating.

Too bad we're on opposite coasts - I'll line up with your AMG
Except in the real world, it doesn't always work out that way. My friend SRT8 Charger was running 13.2-13.5 @ 105-106 mph, while 4 other 5th gen Camaro SS's were doing 13.4-13.8 @ 103-106 mph.

I found a vid of one of them.

P.S. that blue 3v(on the left at the beginning) is stock with tune and 4.56 gears, ran 13.2 @ 104. Faster time then any of the 5th gen Camaro SS's.

Fastest mag time for a 10ss is 12.9 bty not 13.1 and every one knows the l99 had tune problems till now! Go run a 2013 l99 with boltons on the stock tune and post that back! Lol the 13 l99s are a different animal

Like I said 6.1 vs L99 or LS3 its a drivers race period. The SRT8 falls basically in between but close enough to the LS3 to make it a drivers race. A drivers race meaning on the street either could win. Both LS3 and SRT8 have been in the 12's stock at the same mph so the proof is in the slips.

but what im saying is both equal drivers no screw ups on either end the LS3 will win. yes it is a drivers race because in a real world no one is going to drive the exact same, but there is still an advantage to the LS3 camaro

On paper that should be right, but there has been at least 1 stock srt8 hit 12.5 and I believe I remember a 12.6 and quite a few 12/7-12.9, sounds pretty LS3ish doesn't it?

Yes the LS3 has an advantage but not enough to not say its a drivers race
