46 and 47 are the regular headlamps. 55 and 56 are the high beams. 50 is the fog lights. Not sure if that answers your question but that's all the info I can get from the owners manual

I agree with checking that ground wire, its right there where your air box goes so could have easily jarred it loose giving you a bad connection.

The intake itself wouldn't cause the lights not to work, sounds like either something is not plugged in, ground not clean/attached, or that it's a coincidence that there is a real issue with one of the lighting components.
