Advice on 2014 1LT V6 Camaro?

Hello all,

I am a more recent owner of the Camaro, so I'm still learning all of the neat stuff you can do to modify it; I love my 2014 RS. I plan on installing a Cold Air Intake system within the next few months (after I get my other car fixed :P), and removing the fuse that opens and closes the baffles. My goal is to have the baffles open all of the time, but my question is, will that effect the overall engine performance, gas millage, hp, ect...?

Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum! The fuse pull will not give you a performance, gas millage gain, etc. But, it will make your car sound great at all times. Your outer tips will get dark, just wipe them out from time to time. Explore the forum, a lot of good info here.

Putting in a bigger fuse adds 15 HP.

Which fuse keeps the baffles open?
Will it make it sound like it does on a cold start?

Cold start uses a special lean condition to get the cats up to working temps quickly. You cannot duplicate this with any fuse pulls.

Chase pull only applies to cars equipped with NPP. And the SS to reset the fuel tables.
