Fond memories of the 3rd and 4th generations. Doing stupid things in both. Loved my '00 Z28 . I still miss it dearly.

5th gens are by far the best made Camaro in terms of initial quality and all-around performance: loaded with features, tons of power and finally excellent handling. I don't think there would be a lot of arguing there. However, there is a special place in my heart for the 4th gens, even though they were rattle-boxes with tons of corners cut. Out of CAMAROS, the 5th gen is probably my favorite, but out of the complete legacy, the 4th generation Firebird is my favorite of them all.

3rd and 5th gens. My first near new car was a 1982 that I got in 84. Got it when I was in college. Loved it. Sold it if for my 1st brand new car, a 1987 firebird formula with t-tops. (My favorite car of all the ones I owned). That's was so many cars ago. Pics of the 82 are in my signature.
