Speaking from a Canadian stand point......canadian or american....euros?

No disrespect, but how can a dealer know this? We have some great people on here, that are dealers that would know are not speculating

Ya that's too bad. We've got some scores to settle, but we need a little more power and a little less weight in order to do that.

I'm sticking with my 100K prediction...If you have to ask what this one costs, you can't afford it...
I'd make it my daily driver, though I'd sell the tires and rims and throw some different rims on with tires that will last a while.

A little less weight and a little more power...that's a Z/28.

I hear ya....but one thing I haven't heard discussed, or how it's factored in, is the "warranty" and what the parameters for that would be...Wouldn't surprise me if different tires and wheels, were a warranty killer with the rest of the suspension, Stabilitrac, who knows...Just sayin' for a daily driver, probably harder on the car than racing it...lol

I get what you mean, though if I had enough money to buy one let alone have it as a daily driver I would probably put back enough money for a new engine or at least $20k. I'd start modding and tuning right away lol

Sorry I'm too lazy to to dig up the articles for your benefit. You win, mustang is wayyyy better. But only because I don't feel like looking up the articles.

My recollection was even the magazines were surprised how good the 1LE is.

I'm sure GM has already figured out the "true cost of ownership" and what the buyers have in mind for these cars.....They'll want to get their share from that sort of owner's plan right out of the gate...lol..

My opinion is that the Z/28 will be limited production because of the CAFE numbers and I had heard that there was some sort of penalty on the Z06.
Pricing will have to be determined based on the projected number sold against the cost to produce and also the research and development costs. If there has been 4 million put into development, that will have to be divided into projected sales for however many years it will be produced. This cost willbe tacked on to every car before any are ever started down the production line.

...Exactly...Was trying to think of a diplomatic way of putting it, lol...but if you can afford to go high-end racing, have the means to maintain and/or even mod this thing for regular street and track use, that will be reflected in the MSRP for sure....

...It's their Halo car and Crown Jewel...and will want it's image to be just that....
