Most track events suggest switching to Dot 4, your Motul 600 that you got, and it not be older than 90 days. SS lines are a great upgrade as they will prevent flexing and cracking, usually only a problem in older cars, of the lines.
Stock pads are good but if you are going to do this more often I HIGHLY suggest switching your pads prior to the event to Carbotech XP-12 front and XP-8 rear and then switch back to your street pads for the street. It will take maybe an hour to do all 4 corners. You will have much better, deeper, stronger braking with these. You already mention you are a late/deep braker (sp?) and these will surely impress you. It is what I use on the track and they rock. Slotted rotors are another good investment. I use the DBA 4000's. If you have not changed your Diff fluid at 1500 miles you should do it now. Redline makes a great synthetic for the diff. Watching your video is pushing me closer to getting the harness bar, tank plates, harness' because you did not move in those turns. You looked very snug. Just some tips from someone who has been there already and will be again.:biggrin1: T.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. Just catching up here and realized you may have damaged your car a bit. Is it just the scratches on the splitter/bumper section? If so, that doesn't look too bad. It could have been worse huh?
