I think the pedals on the manual cars are perfect for heel - toe driving, even though its not really heal - toe anymore!

Size 13 here. I don't have a problem in my Camaro, I have in other vehicles with my work boots on. My toe gets caught up on something under the dash. I always drive the Camaro with the smallest shoes I got, sneakers/tennis shoes and I have no issues. There is one thing about the Camaro that I have had to get used to, and that is keeping the outside of my right foot from dragging on the hump. Makes my car seem slower when my foot is rubbing the hump while I push on the gas. So I have had to train myself to keep my right foot in the middle of the gas peddle and away from the hump.

Size 13's here and sometimes I have issues. Also even though I have the steering wheel as high as it can go I still have to squeeze my legs underneath.
