Thanks everyone for all the supporting words. I will keep you posted on her recovery... It really is amazing how someone can do this and still live with themselves.

Sorry to hear that man. :( People are just so ruthless and reckless. You gotta be a pretty lowlife piece of garbage to do that and just leave. Here's to a speedy recovery!

When the 05 Mustang first came out. I went down and bought one right off the lot.
Mineral Grey. perfect... Wife went to get some pizza a week later(assume thats when it happened) and someone had flung door open Pass side. rear wheel well, big punch right on the body line....Grrrr. Didn't notice for a few days because of the side it happened on. While looking at an old 65 stang on a lot, turned to go back to my 05 and Super tunnel vision right to the spot. I'm Yelling WTF! My wifes like what? What is it. Creeped up rigt on the dent and pointed to it... "When the hell did this happen" Got a quote for 500.00..( i bet would have beenmore when done) and decided to leave it there to remind me that nothing last for ever. then went out and got my 2002 Vet, gave Dented stang to my wife. So to all who think its overkill to find the right parking spot. you too will feel the rage of a swing door and run....

This is why i don't park my Shelby where there is a crowded parking lot. I don't care if I have to walk a mile, I still will not park it near these dumb asses. The other day i parked pretty far and this bozo parked his car next to mine. What a dumb ass. Out of 300 more parking spaces, why would you park your car next to mine?

Yes totally sorry to hear about that and It worries me as well. With any car I have I park away from ppl. I don't know about you all but here in Utah I swear people intentionally want to ding your door or shove a shopping cart in it. Mostly if you have a nice car so I really will keep my fingers crossed that it doesnt happen to me when I get my Camaro. Your baby is sure pretty and hope it doesn't cost to much to fix then she will be good as new..
