New direction
New 4l80 going in this week from Hughes The m6 is a lot of fun but I want more consistant launches and shifting. Don't get me wrong my buddy's and I have a great time racing each other banging gears, but when a car with less hp with an auto kicks your but! WTH lol This trans is good for 1500 hundred hp so I have some room to grow. Set up with a 3000 stall and designed for the twin turbos going in this winter. I think I've got all my bases covered but you all know how that goes. Any input would be appreciated.

The swap is pretty straightforward, but a good bit of work. You will be cutting and banging on the tunnel, trimming some pieces of the 4l80 case, wiring up reverse lights and disabling the clutch interlock, etc. I made it through it, and I'm a dummy! You should have no problems.

Daaaang. Glad your going auto cause with those twins coming you would probably have shot to the top of the manual list and that is something I have my sights on .
Cant wait to see how your conversion turns out. It should be great!!

Well this is what CMS and Hughes came up with. I know the curvature of the flutes or fins in the converter are designed to let the turbos spool up. It's got a Maggie on there now so will see how that works out lol When the turbos go on ill get into all the 2step stuff and the boost leash with the co2 set up. And on and on!
