This is worth a bump. I'm interested in some more V6 options. This additional tuning might be the difference in getting more forced induction.

Seems to me like none of the tune manufactures really care about the v6, Im still pissed that the v8 has sooooooooo many performance options, but not the v6......y?????

So, has anyone tried to plug their HP or Diablo into this car? I've never used either, but I have a scan tool that picks up 90% of the stuff on the LLT that it does on my other cars. I'm just wondering if someone could just hook it up and see what tables they can read/write to. Maybe some simple DIY tunes?

they did their testing.. and it was found, like so many others did, that there are really no gains to be found from tuning the stock V6... GM did an excellent job of pumping out all they could from that direct-injected V6 - which is why they get the hp/tq ratings out of it that they do...
so no, diablo has not come out with V6 support... there's nothing to be gained until you start modding them... |
