How to find a specific SS with less work
basically i live in so cal and have access to many dealerships in and around the southland.
looking for a specific car (ss/1le/white) or black or red.. and i have to use various zip codes to check the area around. My question is, is there a easier way? Would the dealership have better tools to do such a search? thanks in advance. |

1LE would probably tough to find at this point in SoCal. Go to any dealer, order one and wait a few weeks...comes in all brand spanking new specifically built to your wants. While waiting, you can make a list of upgrades you wanna do or buy the stuff you want to add to it.

Dealerships have a computer program that they can look at tons of different dealers across the country.
1LE's though pretty much have to get ordered. |

Build your own Camaro online. THey will give you the closest matches. A dealer can find them pretty quick too. They also can do a dealer trade so you can buy it from your local or preferred dealer.

Order a car. Doesn't cost any more and you get exactly what you want instead of just close

ya, i see a couple in my area, 2 blacks, a red some are inbound. someone here had ordered one in orange county but i havent seen it pop up yet.
i'll probably go to my dealership this weekend. between pricing them all out, 1le/straight 2ss and a 2ss w/1le the pricing is so close that for me to get a "plain" ss it has to be a good deal thanks again for the help! /bow |

Order one or have a Dealer search for one for you and find the one you want, don't settle, take the time to get the one you really want even if you have to wait a little longer it will be worth it.
I just upgraded to a 1LE last week from a 1LT I had for 2 years, worth every penny, and it wasn't a cheap upgrade, completely worth it! Good Luck and Post Pics when you get it! |

cars.com , has dealers in it , so does ebay.
Spend an hour on the keyboard , and you will find one. |

I found the best way was to go on the Chevy website and hit CHAT. They helped quickly and got many more results than I could find with the normal customer search on the Chevy website.
Dealers can do it too, but don't always want to.
