BMR 1.4" Review

One of the things I always wanted to change in my car was the stock ride height. I knew I wanted more than 1" and started looking around for different brands. My first choice was Pfadt due to the huge involvement in this forum and the great reviews I read about their products. However, I was surprised to learn that they had closed few days before I decided to purchase the springs. I then stumbled upon BMR and ordered their 1.4" lowering springs. However, they were out of stock due to popular demand and I had to wait for over a month to finally get them. I want to give a special shout-out to Keith for the great costumer service he provided all through the process . After a long wait my springs finally arrived and I installed them immediately. After one week of driving, I can say that the ride is not much harsher but the handling was definitely improved. Also, the car now has the perfect stance I had been looking for.

And a picture next to my friend's '11 just to compare ride height.

I would recommend BMR springs to anyone, definitely worth the wait!

Nice ride.
I have the same springs, had them for about 2.5 years, love the ride and feel of them.

I have been considering the SP025 with 1.4" front and 1.0" rear. Is this a progressive rate spring?

BMR springs are linear.

Technically, yes, all BMR Springs for the 5th Gen Camaro are linear. The fronts are pure linear, but the rears are actually a "dual rate" linear spring. They have a section of tighter wound coils at the top of the spring that basically compress under the weight of the car, and the rest of the spring functions as a linear spring. This keeps the springs from rattling around at full or close to full extension.
