Headers installtion problems.. Read/Post here

So finally, I am proud to say that I am owner of a set of BBK LT... this was one of the mods that I dwelled the most on.. mainly cuz of how much it would be.. I got them used from a member.. so it was a little less.. I cannot wait for the install.. please, any advice is welcomed. I am sorting a issue with my tune at the moments but need these install in the next few wks since I am going to be deploying to the middle east in AUG .. Going to miss her a lot...

Any O2 extensions? Might be less of a headache with those. Gonna use new OEM gaskets? Or BBK gaskets? It'll be good to inform the shop (or if you're gonna do it yourself you'll already know) what you want them to do. You're gonna be happy with them.

Congrats!

That is the one mod I'd love to have done on my car b/c when done right they can sound so completely bad ass, not to mention the power, but will probably never get it done for various reasons.

If I were to ever come across a set of SOLO HFCs though for around half the price of new I'd be very tempted.

I have nothing against headers of course. Just thinking about the install which will be a pain, and then the uninstall if I ever sell the car. (which could end up happening over the next couple years as we see the next gen pony cars released) Not sure I want to go through the trouble...and I'm not going to pay for it to be done either.

Call me lazy lol, but it is what it is. But doing something like SOLO HFC is very appealing to me so that could happen eventually...but not sure. Headers or HFC is really the only mod left I haven't done.

Just do it, enjoy it now. Install is not to bad. Then sell the Camaro with them on it. .....
