For the ones who came in 2011... we all know Friday evening was the best and we had an awesome turnout, but then the weather turned off on us and really hurt us saturday and sunday. 1/25/12 update

Kelly (Veteran 1) is raffling off the car (Veternan 1) at this years event... I will copy the link to his post. Scott Settlemire will be doing the drawing for a winner (pending his confirmation of attending this event) See post #61

1/30/12 Update

There will be mobile wheel dyno on site at the track to do dyno pulls. The charge is 50.00 for 3 pulls and he is giving back 5.00 per car for the Wounded Warrior Project.

2/7/12 Update

The hotel is finalized....

event code is CFH, $87+tax a night. Rooms must be booked by 6 June, 2012 to get the discounted rate.

The hotel is only a year or 2 old, less than a mile from the Cross Creek Mall, most all the Restaurants you would enjoy, ITZ Sports Bar is right next door (walking distance), plenty of parking!

Please pass this event along and help us promote it... Right now we are still finishing all the details but here is what is on tap...

Friday - meet and greet, hotel check-in, and the cruise around 6pm!

Saturday - racing, vendors, mobile dyno, VETERAN 1 RAFFLE, and MAYBE.... just maybe... a stress reliever involving a sledge hammer and a popular horse!?!?

Also.... I am starting a sign up list, please post in this thread so I can start the sign up sheet... like this

the spymaster is donating 2 car cams valued at 450.00 each for raffle items, and will donate $1000.00 to the Wounded Warrior Project if all 2000 tickets are sold for Veteran 1..
