RaceStar 17x9.5 for us is on the way!
This could be in the wheels section or here. I know they are race only wheels so put it here for now. Please move it if needed.
Just got off the phone with them. They have a current 17x9.5 but it wont clear our calipers because of the shape of the casting. They are putting a new casting in for full design and I was told it should be done and for sale by January. Anyone that has worked in industrial knows that is with no big problems. I would assume that a company that has been making these wheels for a while can handle it. The current 17x9.5 they have for GM wheels is 20 pounds. I dig it! Lighter than my TSWs were. So, everyone put your money back and wait. lol Last edited by Juice2SS; 08-21-2014 at 04:15 PM. |

I'm sure they will be a decent price. I'll keep on top of it and see what they say.

The owner told me (I'm a dealer) that the list pricing will be the same as the other 17x9.5's they offer.
I'm planning to order 4-5 sets in early December. To your earlier comment, I'm DD'ing on my 17x7 fronts, going to do that until November.

I'm more than ready. Those Hoosier 28s on the 17" wheel are calling my name.

Racestars are a bi*tch to put on as they are not 5x120.... they say the .6 dont mean crap but you will be laughing at yourself at the track when you take forever to put your wheels on... and need to look into better washers also... they are low quality... talk to anyone who uses them on a g8 or camaro.... would never buy them again... looks awesome.. but they really need to come out with 5x120.... lb will say 120 and 120.6 are the same.... not when using these style lug nuts...

Never had an issue with my Racestars. Pretty straight forward and simple to put on.

I've had wheels with both bolt patterns and they both went on the same. No issues.
