Will Magnaflow 11386 2.5" Oval Muffler fit a 2014 Camaro LS

Also, is this what they call a Resonated X-Pipe? I need something to kill the drone on my Camaro 2014 2LS with MRT V.1. What and where can I buy something to remove the drone?

Thank you guys!

That is a dual inlet dual outlet muffler, looks universal. It will not fit without serious modification and would not sound good.

Yes it will fit. Tons of people on the forum uses it. I have one myself. It makes the tone deeper. Of course it'll sound good.

Thanks guys!

My mechanic is not very knowledgeable, where should I tell him to weld the X-pipe?

look at images rtcat600man posted. it replaces the H-pipe that is currently a part of your exhaust system.

Hopefully this decreases the drone at the 2k RPM range. I live in a very hilly area and I wanted to shoot myself after I drove it out of the shop with the new MRT V1

I added the Resonated X pipe to take care of the RASP after installing my OBX headers. I was surprised and happy that it took care of 95 % of the drone I had with my MRT 2.0's too.

I put it where the heat shield is on my '12 1ls fits perfect. you have to remove the bracer and then cut the metal piece to spread the pipes to fit at the inlet side.

Magnaflow Resonated X-pipe

Have it on my 2014 RS. Not a hard job to do , any muffler shop should be able to do it. Sounds good and gets rid of most of the drone. Get it!!!

The Magnaflow Resonated X Pipe Part # 11386 is very popular for the V6 guys and even the V8 guys for reducing drone and rasp. It does have to be welded in, but it's an easy job for any exhaust shop.

Feel free to call, PM or email me anytime with questions.

Best regards,

Tyler
