I got tails from Maureen I'm sure they'll be here next week. I installed my clear markers today.

Nothing special. Just like the look of the clear over the Xmas lens'. The bulbs are factory for now.

2 for left side and 2 for the right. So..order 2 of each part number. You'll have to fabricate your own hole for the bulb socket, not hard at all. I used my Dremel and the 1/2 in notch on a step bit. Just use the original marker as a guide. I had all 4 installed in a half hour in 98° heat.

it comes with instructions. but the center trim panel, you pull the bolts out, then just have to ...gently? yank on it to get it to relase at the top.

definitely tape up around the lights, because removing them takes a lot of force. and theres no real sign of it letting go until BAM. it lets go. so I got some scratches/dents on the bumper, barely noticeable to people other than me. you will wind up undoing 3 nuts, then you will see two orange/red pins inside the panel opening (behind the liner) and those DO NOT come out. those are what kinda hold the light in, and those are what are providing all the resistance when you go to take the lamps out.

Go slow, I had to attempt it a few times before I got the panel out. you have to remove the two liner pushpins for the trunk liner on the side and bottom, so it helps to have a clip removal tool. passenger side on mine took FOREVER, the others came out super easy. If you get any questions, shoot me a PM and I will see if I can offer more insight. of course, the order is remove the cover from the lamp assembly, remove the nuts on the center panel. remove the flimsy trunk floor liner, just for ease of access...remove the center panel (again. it will fight you, just pull up and it will give eventually.) then you remove the pushpins, and pull back the liner to remove the 3 nuts. then you can fight the lamp out. pull the red tab up on the connector, then press down on the black piece and separate the connector. assembly is the reverse of disassembly, and much easier.

Thanks brother, I done some digging and came across sledgehammer/lethalhammer's video of him removing them. Appreciate the offer for help, I'll keep that in mind. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, I don't imagine having any problems.

cool. I like to think myself mechanically inclined...then I remember...oh, no.

It's going to look great on a 50th.
