Help Needed: Tune-up on an 02 SS
Hello everyone, I am currently changing the plugs and wires on my '02 SS (84,000 miles). I have been able to replace all but the back two on the passenger side. There simply isn't a lot of clearance, and I was wondering if there was anything that I could take apart on that side to give me some more room. I really need to get those last two put in, but I don't want to screw anything up. Do I need to lift the car, and come at it from underneath? My car runs like crap with 6 good plugs and 2 old ones... (I had to drive it today).
Any and all help is greatly apprciated! |

If you cant get to it from the top go in from underneath. The only times I've had to change plugs is when swapping headers so the car is in the air anyway.

Pop the coilpac brackets off, then it's cake with a stubby flexhead ratchet.
