Got off shift Thursday morning at 0700. Tried to start car and nothing but a clicking noise. Called dealer and VIN given for warranty. Car still under warranty. I was then given roadside assistance 1-800 number. Called and gave all information to operator. Dealer sends out a technician and the battery is replaced. All this at no charge covered under warranty.

2009 Cadillac CTS
7308 miles as of today.......not a misprint

Tells wife you know what your next car is going to be.
Thanks GM

It's nice to hear when things work out like they should. No run around or lah di dah song and dance. That was excellent service!

My next car (ZL1) will have the 84/84000 extended GMPP warranty, I can tell you that. At a cost of about $29/Month (or $1 a day) for the extra 48 months for Major Guard I like it. Now add in the benefit of 24 months on the drivetrain at no cost, how could I not? I won't be putting 10k a year on this car, so it works out nice! El cheapo insurance!
