Project "Fastest Fifth Gen in Oahu" now coming to a close!!!!

We are now wrapping up our Camaro project. specs as follows:

231/242 .6XX .6XX 115+4 FTI Cam
Pac Springs
LS9 head gaskets
12pt ARP head studs
160T Stat
MBRP 3" Cat Back
TSP 1 7/8 Long tube headers
Cats deleted
2.8L Kenne Bell with 3.5" pulley
Siemen's 80Lb injectors
Excess coolant reservior
AFCO heat exchanger with twin fans
Lonnie's Double pumper fuel pump

Factory reproductions black satin zl1 replicas are already in the mail and 315/35/20 NT05rs are in the garage waiting.

Car made 648rwhp in 93 degree hawaii heat with IATs around 150. So, it was definitely heat soaked. We are still tweaking the tune, she is running pretty rich and there is still quite of bit of power left in her when we advance the timing.

Next mods:
Superchiller
DSS one piece driveshaft with safety loop
Mcleod RXT Twin disk Clutch

Should be into the 700rwhp range before i know it!

SNAIL Performance Hawaii "Creeping on the competition"

Any insight on other options to greatly reduce IATs?

Pictures coming soon!

Sweet start... Looking forward to the pics... You might want to post several blank post, with something like reserved for later posting so you can have a solid intro page to this build thread... Let me know if you want to do that and Ill move this post...
