They are Spohn and I have the Eibach Pro Kit with Springs and Sway Bars installed. I am currently installing Pedders Drag Kit 2 and putting BMR Chassis braces and Tunnel Brace on as well.

I had nitto drs on my 4th gen with 17" wheels. I had to heat the living hell out of them to get them to hook, but they did a great job. Just need to be properly heated. Or they did in my case anyways.

2010RSSS 100 is not miles it is a rating of wear. Depends on your usage for how long they will last. If only using them on the street you will get several thousands of miles out of them. If you are using them at the track, not so long.

If you order Nitto drag radials from discounttiredirect.com, you can have them Heat Cycle the tires before they send them to you. Much easier than you having to get them to perfect temps yourself. I think they charge $15 to do this. It is done with a machine, not on a car, so you don't have to wear precious rubber off them just to break them in. Doing this will also make them last longer. Here's the link describing this process:

I ran Nittos on my 99 and swear by them.. that tire hooked better than anything else I have used.. even in the rain... It may spin, but let off of the gas and the grip snaps back.. adn lasted for about a year. Never felt safer than when running Nittos

BUT if you are stock and just really want to hook, i think they will be fine.
Seem to recall an 11.38 with Nitto's on. That would be hauling the mail.
I tried 3 different sets of Vette 18' rims with out sucess.

I've run 10s in a previous car on those Nitto drag radials. That was also with a 6-speed manual. Of course, those were 18s, not 20s. They just need a short burnout at the track to grip well.
