Cost isn't the issue it's the increase in cost every few months that bothers people. Yes i do know you and my fiance have no control over that you guys are like the AOL of the 90's right now no competition.

So, do you know where the cost increases come from? Did you know that we have taken on more cost from carriage arrangements like ESPN than we have passed on to the consumer? Did you know we cannot just buy ESPN programming, they force us to take all their channels. Did you know you have more speed increases with no rise in cost than any other company? See, there is always more to the story.

I know the story bro i am just venting. I know how much you guys offer believe me it's impressive to say the least but omg if they keep telling me my 10 yr. old modem from them is fine one more time i might finally unhook it and go directly to the service center and ask for the guy who keeps telling me it's ok. Getting like 2MB's a second incoming and outgoing isn't reasonable for the cost of just the internet for me lol.

We had our company tail gate party today to get primed for Sunday and everyone had their Pats stuff on getting pumped up!

I just dropped my brother off at Logan airport for him and his wife to go to the Super Bowl . Talk about being jealous , 70 degrees and cheerleaders .....you can't go wrong .
