Exclamation New wheels, need help!

So I got my wheels way before I added mods to my vehicle. I am now regretting ever buying my wheels due to the weight. I've been looking at Forgeline, I really like their designs and the fact that their wheels are MUCH lighter. What other brands offer the same quality?? I am also looking for a wheel I can keep the same set up (white paint, chrome lip) but much, much lighter. Anything helps. Brands, tires, sizes etc. thanks

Btw My wheels are 22" Asanti af162

your seeing huge weight increases because those are not a performance wheel, and you went up in diameter by 2" from factory. Im not sure what those weight in comparision to stock wheels but you should look into going back to a 20" size this will help maybe you can keep the same model of wheel just lower it back down to 20"

Yea something a lot lighter. Not specifically for track use but more for daily driving, cruising on weekends. So reliable and aggressive no matter where I am lol any recommended wheels?

I am considering even 19 inch wheels but I do not want anything like the stocks. I want something that will still have the custom look. I really like the forgeline step lip wheel with fat tires but for now that's all I know. I was looking into something just as good

Thank you guys for all the input so far

Forgestar is lighter and way cheaper. Might not be Forgeline quality.

I really think 20" is too big aswell for a performance standpoint. I have boze wheels there made from 6061-t6 aluminum so they are very light but there is lighter out there for sure. Forgelines are nice.

19" is ideal as you wont lower the car too much like a 18" setup will.

There are 22's that weight less than our Stock SS 20 inch wheels! So size doesn't matter if it's just 2 inches.

It may be lighter, but where is it lighter? The hub/spokes or the barrel? the moment created by the placement of the weight matters too.

Forgeline makes some phenomenal looking wheels, and if you're looking for something very lightweight then that would be a good place to start. I've got a lot of the good options listed here and then some if you want to PM me directly -

If you're looking for similar or better quality than Forgeline, HRE Forged makes great wheels too, some of which are around the same price point as Forgeline, some others will be a higher pricepoint to what Forgeline has, but it's also worth a look -

Hope that helps!
