hey guys i have a set of p13 plasma bulbs....i got t2 ports and can not use these asking 75shipped will get some pics later

they do not have the wiring harness just the bulbs

FYI - You can simply make a harness (the same sent by AAC) for like $3.

what does installing that harness do?

The harness allows you to keep the fogs/running lights on with the regular headlights.
