Do TSB's apply to the lemon law? Like if this was my 3rd/4th issue with my top could I lemon law it and get a ZL1 without losing all the money I put down on my Camaro?

Rather than post the same thing repeatidly, I'm posting something on the thread for wind noise that may be helpful to you...

Thanks for posting the TSBs! I discovered this morning after 15 days of ownership and 865 miles, I have both front door and rear wind/air leaks and 2 rub marks, 1 on each side, just behind the first bow! I'm quite confident in this "tape" fix! (Insert sarcasm!) I'm actually pretty mad right now that I have just purchased, two weeks ago, nearly a $33K vehicle that is a POS!!

Thanks to both of you for the TSBs.
Copied and saved for reference when I take mine in before winter lay up.

Noticed something else when looking at my top... it appears the GM engineers have removed the tape as previously installed per the TSB...

Yes, on the last trip for a replacement the tape was coming off also. Seems like it wasn't doing anything. The bracket trimmed seem to stop the rubbing.

Thanks to Killer and Drago. Just had my car in the shop for them to repair the water leak. While I was there I aked for an update on the top situation. The service tech told me there was a new TSB that came out in September for the top,(looks like the one posted) they went ahead and ordered a new top for my car. Didn't get an ETA, but I'm not in a rush since the car will be going into storage for the winter. Headed to Hobe Sound in a few week, anything interesting going on there?

Dealer called and said the new top is in, they ordered it on a Friday and it was delivered Monday. Will be taking it in a few week, the tech that works on the tops is on vacation next week, so it will be going in for the new top early November. Any watchout that I should discuss with the service manager before hand? Appreciate everyones help. I plan on taking a bunch of pictures before I deliver the car to the dealer.

I would hold off if I were you. I need my 2nd top replaced and the dealer will not touch it again until a complete fix is in. Tape will fall off. Mine was done by the book and all the TSB's and I still had rubmarks after 10 days with the new top.

Did they trim the support bracket hardware and reposition/move the screws. The TSB has changed from the original one I received back in July from the dealer. The TSB was updated late September, is it possible you had your car in prior to the dealer getting the update?
