You went on Chevy.com to see what incentives are for your area? Also the USAA incentive you have to fill out some stuff so they have it ready for you, also you gotta be a member. They'll email it to you so its ready whenever you're ready to make the final deal. Pick out the best (most money/lowest rate) incentive. Have you found the vehicle you want to purchase? One step at a time, but have your homework done before you start negotiations.

have the salse manager look up all the options on the computer, if he cant come up with any, he's lying, go somewhere else.

Yeah I got a few discounts I got the preferred price and I got the 1500 and then 500 and then 750 that's what I'm trying to use.

i got the offer, but dont have to finance with them, im paying cash, and nowhere in the fine print did it say i had to finance the car, even the dealer knows im paying cash. Anyway, might not be available in your area, but im sure he has some extra offer on his computer. thats why you might have to check with more than one place.
