The Jannetty tests don't include vararam because it didn't exist. Injen is great I love it, but keep an eye on vararam

Currious as to if anyone has any real numbers to compare the types. Are you guys doing a tune specifically for the air intake or just installing? Curious as i am looking into this soon and want to know details if a tune is required after the change!

Thanks!

Look in the sticky at the top of the V6 section. There's an independent comparison of a few CAIs. You do not need to tune after the CAI install.

after going through the same thing your going through now I decided on the k&n. It was the "safe" choice. Good brand, great product, good gains, overall A+ in my book

Hows ur intake filter? Is it still redish or is it getting a bit darker? Mine is a bit darker.

My car no like

I've installed the 63 series twice and got a CEL that I could'nt get rid off. Maybe it's because my car is a very early production, vin no. 602, and the the MAF is different than later ones.

I will retry it in July but will do a battery disconnect which I did'nt do the last 2 times.
