I can totally see that comparison but I love both cars and I plan on ordering a GT500 in the next month or so, I personally love the heritage grill but to an extent I see the more aggressive comparison...

Heritage grille is the #1 selling grille for a reason. Best grille imo

If the car came with the Heritage grille and the stock one was the upgrade most would argue the stock one was better.

I know what your preachin'

I was at my doctor the other day when as soon as I walked in the receptionist says," Driving the hot rod today, I see, I thought you put it up for the winter, etc...." when out of the blue this older dude chimes in, "Is that your Red Camaro out side"? I said yeah, And instead of just saying something positive or nice, he blurts out, " why did you get Red"?( with a disscusted look on his face) At that second I was a little pissed with his comment, I just looked at him and said " what's wrong with RED? He kind of back peddled a little and said he'd figured that red was the worst color, because of the cops in all, and said he would have went with yellowyeah cuz that color doesn't draw any attention! You know I was always taught that if you didn't have anything nice to say, then shut up! If I didn't ask for your opinion, then I don't want to hear it Any way I like your new grille, and I am planning to do the same mod to my car in the spring.

Tell that clown to go screw his self; the heritage grille should be the grille that all the Camaro's come with.

I can't fit my whistler pro radar detector in the heritage grill.

I also don't like the Heritage Grills without the emblem, or the SS/RS in the center.

The best grill is the one you like on your car. I think I would have told this guy that if I wanted his opinion I would smack it out of him. Then I would have asked what POS he was driving.

He was saying things like,
"the stock grill looks meaner!"
"the heritage grill has too much going on"
"that's old school for a reason... grills like that should stay in the past. it messes up such a modern car"

It got me a little upset, I'm not going to lie.

But do any of you guys agree?
I'm just really curious as to what you guys think about the grill and and the comments the guy made.
Ask them what they drive. If it is not a camaro ask them why.

We all have opinions. In the end that is all it is. I have stated that I don't like one thing or another on these boards.... that does not mean whatever is being talked about is wrong or right.

I like that grille BTW.

The idea that these fellas were working at a body shop is a bit odd. Good way to run off business.
