Installing a laser blinder

Putting in a radar detector was small potatoes. Installing a M47 laser blinder seems to require more than me trying to get it right, especially considering that doing it even slightly wrong will result in hella tickets. Can any of you steer me to a good installer in the Southern California?

for the OP

California
Radar Detectors in California: Radar detectors are legal to use in California, however it is illegal to use to hang anything from the windshield with suction cups. Drivers in California might be interested in our Radar Detector Visor Holder.
Laser Jammers in California: Laser jammers are illegal to use in California.

Locals and sherriff usually use radar. Laser is very expensive and usually used by state police and Hwy patrol

They was closed because the op refused to wear a seat belt and the threads always ended up bashing him and telling him to wear it. The threads was very unproductive and nothing ever came out of them.
