2014 v6 camaro with HP bump??
So, I ran across an article that shows a brochure that says the new base model Camaro (v6) will have a HP increase of 354bhp. That's a 31bhp increase...
http://www.worldcarfans.com/11304015...boost---report edit: and looks like 34mpg highway. (sorry if repost)

I think that was an April Fool's joke. That's the old interior.

I find it really odd that there is no information on the new v6. no exterior pics, nothing...unless I just missed it.

The original poster, CarScoops.com, clearly has it tagged as "April Fools Day"
http://www.carscoops.com/2013/04/201...ked-gains.html I don't know why they'd think up a ~30hp bump as an April Fools Day joke since normally it's more "obvious" but I don't think I'd trust the article one bit... Other things that ruin the credibility is the light blue ZL1 Camaro is a poor color-changing photoshop of another picture of a red ZL1 between two semi trucks. The picture of the interior and taillights is obviously of the European spec export taillights. Too many things that don't look right - I think this was an April Fools' Day prank that another site picked up not realizing what it was...

Yeah, it would be sweet. However, that would be a 6.5% boost in HP. It is hard to believe that if they had that big a boost in power they wouldn't have mentioned it during the NY reveal. Maybe they didn't want to compete with the Z/28, but still that would be bigger news than the changes to the SS.

They have already announced 323 HP for the 2014 V6 anyway...but 354HP would have been sweet lol.
Oh wells That fine by me, I'll be much happier if they save a V6 power bump for the 6th gen. I'd like to see a healthy 340 HP V6 in a 3,400 lb car. GM...get er done.
