Help me pick my next mod

I want this mod to be around $300. I was thinking I could do the APEX scoop and washer relocater (if it works with the k&N 63 series) and te Plenum Spacer from VMAX or I could go Ported Throttle Body. Are there any other options and what do you recommend?

Id go ported throttle body. the install is wayyyy easier and they show about the same amount of gains.

I have been thinking about the scoope and washer relocation kit but idk yet...

I was thinking Throttle Body, I hate that dead spot. Instal would only take about ten minutes tops too.

Well it does help that a lot, correct? I think anything is better than nothing.
