Same here. That was one thing I was disappointed about when they tested the 2010. All that talk of the Camaro's extra bulk was partly due GM's expectation the car could achieve the highest ratings in any/all crash tests.

Assuming nothing changed except the testing methods, it's GREAT to see that my car would most likely be just as safe!

Couple things I noticed...

1. That yellow one got the crap kicked into the front and yet the lights still worked.. Replacing lights are one of the things insurance companies HATE replacing... HID, halos, moving headlights on some lux cars..

2. I wondered why the white car had options added like the rally stripes... I guess that must have been one heck of a salesman to sell NHTSA a car with additional options that are just going to get wrecked.

Awesome - I seem to recall the '10s having 4 stars? If so, wonder what they changed?

They were probably left in there accidentally after mounting the cameras.

Just because the bulbs still work doesn't mean the lamp assemblies aren't broken.

2012 Camaro receives 5 star safety rating on all tests!

I am not sure if this was posted before, but the NHTSA tested the 2012 Camaro and it got 5 stars across the board. I am pretty sure that this would apply to all 5th gen Camaros, but if someone at GM ike the Fbodfather could weigh in to confirm that all 5th gens should perform the same it would be great to hear!

I always feel safe in my 2011 SS, but now I feel even safer! Thanks GM for caring enough to make our muscle cars oh, so safe!

Motor safely, especially around the holidays!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Used 75 Camaro = $3500
Rolling restoration over 10 years = $5000
$5 of gas burned in 10 seconds = Priceless!

Don't most new vehicles get 5 stars now? It's like advertising "NOW WITH AIR CONDITIONING!"
