Oh well, to each his own. I guess we just concentrate on having a good time and not worrying about those that think they can't participate.

Bingo! The point is to have fun. Saturday was very much fun.

Its official .... Lone Star Camaro was the largest car club/group at Texas Motor Speedway for Laps with Charity.

I say not only do we hold this record, but smash it by doubling up. Again, still working on some surprises .... so stay tuned.

That is awesome!! Seeing us take up 4 lanes for this was incredible. This also means, that as a club, we raised the most money for the speedway charity so congratulate yourselves. I agree that we should be able to smash this record with as much time as we have to organize.

Yea baby, I will go for that. If you watch and learn what their doing and how the pace trucks and car reacts to what people are doing on the track. If anyone starts to go high toward the wall they slow the group down. We've got to get the maxium group of drivers allowed on the track (camaro's only)no slip ins like trucks or suv's or something and know how to drive the track. I agree we need to organize each group of drivers so that everyone has the same expectations on how their gonna drive. Everyone has to stay seperated but close and slightly staggered. The back of our group managed to stay at 90 or better the whole time..but we could of gotten 100 or better if there wasn't two stray dogs in our group.
