Any help? BMR lowering springs 1" all around, 1.4" all around or 1.4"/1.0" ?

Ok, So my IOM convertible 2SS/RS is on order and I already bought some wheels for it now looking at springs. Spent hours yesterday looking at all the choices and i have settled (pun intended) on some BMR springs. I have used a ton of their suspension parts before on my last F bodies and had awesome experiences with everything.
The only dilemma I am facing is which ones do i pick? The 1.0" all the way around, 1.4" all the way around or the hybrid 1.4"/1.0" front/rear? I've seen pics on here of the 1.0" all the way around and the hybrid 1.4"/1.0" but have yet to see any of the 1/4" all the way around.
I'm really leaning towards the 1.4" all the way around because if it is just a tad bit too low i can just make some spacers to lift it up 1/4" on any corner like i used to on all the 4th gens i would do.
So, any one have any pics of the 1.4" all the way around?

BTW the wheels will be 4 stock 20x9 rears powder coated matte black all the way around with stock 275/40 rubber. I will probably do sway bars later, but the wheels are going on at the dealership when i pick it up and the springs will be going on in the garage the second i get it home.

The 1.4 inch sets are not as popular as the 1 inch sets and 1.4/1 inch split kits, at least not with our customers, so that probably explains why you haven't seen any pictures. Maybe you should be the guy to post some!

Oh, don't worry. I will FLOOD this place with pics/writeups of all the mods i do to my car. I'm a mod over on LS1tech.com and have a highly efficient and very low cost ram air set up for 4th gen F-bodies named after me over there. The "SUX2BU" ram air, LOL.

I went way over board with my 98 SS, it was basically a daily driven tin can. best 1/4 mile was 11.04 @ 121.69 mph with just bolt ons and weight reduction (best at an 1/8 mile track was better 6.86 @ 98.27 mph) R.I.P.

This car will be more like my ESV. Not taking anything out of it to try to make it lighter. Just add power, looks and handling. The Caddy has a 3"/4" McGaughy's spindle drop, Turbonetics ball bearing T-75 turbo, HUGE 30"x10"x4.5" front mount intercooler, Thunder Racing 214/230 .601/.579 117 LSA Blower cam w/ Patriot dual springs, Custom home made ram air CAI, ASP underdrive pulley, 05' E-fans, custom home made 3.5" exhaust, Yank PT3200, Transgo shift kit, Billet 4th gear servo, Vette 2nd gear servo, billet output shaft. Best before the Turbo was 8.976@77.16 MPH

I'm gonna do many before/after dynos on almost everything i do to this car.

Best of both worlds! Just ordered the BMR stage 1 handling package that comes with 1" springs and sway bars PLUS the 1.4" springs. I will put the 1.4" on first and if I don't like them I'll have the 1.0" ready to go!
Big thanks to Chase at Apex.

No problem, thank you for your order. However you end up configuring it, enjoy!

Hrmm..hybrid kit? I've always felt that when I saw these cars lowered (at least at the V6ers I've seen pics of) that the rear end always looked lower than the front so this hybrid option sounds like the best bet for me.

Anyone have any pics of that??

Glad to hear of the positive results with your 4th gen and hope to make you just as happy with your 5th gen. You will be happy with the Stage 1 Handling Kit, can't wait to see the pics!

My Hotchkis springs dropped the car 1-1/8" in front and 1-5/16-1-3/8 in back and probably looks like an SS in stance, our cars being higher in the back and all.The look appears to be same front and rear as far as the gap reduction is concerned, not ret lower in back at all , only with people in the car it can drop a bit in back.
