1rst of I've seen in person is ABM LS(very nice). SIM LS in the color threads, red & yellow(autotrader) cool as well. W/ a Camaro, it's hard to go wrong. I would've gone w/ yellow, SIM, IBM, IOM, or black LS, add stripes and rims later on, but decided on the RS w/ 20s package instead.. Cool to see what people come up with to customize their rides..

LS's would make an excellent road racing platform -- assuming you could shed 300lbs of interior/unsprung weight.

6spd, only option being the lsd rear. Gut the interior, LT's w/ side exit, route fog light openings into brake cooling ducts....damn right!

My wife thought I was nuts for planning to gut a brand new car - so she nix'd the idea and I got a daily driver 1LT instead

Heh, 2 years from now I'll find another chassis and use that Should be quite a healthy aftermarket by that time.

The Black LS looks good with the black heritage rims.

IMO i think the black heritage rims look better without the silver all the way around the rim (as seen on the ABM above). Hmmm perhaps paint it black, that'd look quite nice.

Oooh I like that ABM LS... those steelies don't look bad at all. I agree with the others though, the black ls would look better with the rims from the ABM... much much better.

And to think what kinds of comments the base camaro in the 3rd and 4th gens would ellicit!

Base Camaro

A local radio station is giving away a base 2010 and a '69. I took these pics at a remote on Saturday. You can view my full photo album at the link below the pics.
