Got a few more pics for you guys. My V8 Cor wheels came in today! Man the rears are beefy looking, should look nice with the fat rubber back there. Heres a few shots in my kitchen. Better pics once I get them mounted up. They are 20x11 rears 20x9 fronts, matte black faces with gloss black lips.

Since im adding my wheels on soon I decided to go ahead and powdercoat the exhaust trim black to match. Welded in some mesh pieces to delete the tips also. The chrome trim was going to stand out a bit to much for the look im going for. I had them powdercoated with a 20% gloss black. A couple of pics after the wash

thx, love the pics you been posting, great shots!

My internet went down, so I was sitting here waiting for it to come back on and started playing with a image I took a few weeks back. It was time for a new wallpaper for the computer. I thought I would share

Car looks awesome!!! How big of a pain was it to get those GM GFX chrome exhaust surrounds off? I have wanted to do black chrome on all my chrome parts, but those exhaust ports seemed like I would need to take either the bumper or the exhaust off to get to it. I also like how you did the mesh in the openings as too. How do you have those held in place?

The exhaust trim comes off pretty easily if you have a aftermarket exhaust. I've heard it can be a real pain if you have the stock mufflers still on. Also the mesh piece is welded into the trim piece from the inside. A guy at a muffler shop had them welded in nicely in 20 minutes, then I brought them in to get powdercoated. Overall, im pretty happy with how it came out. Should match well with my new wheels
