Muffler and Resonator Delete?

Anyone have this done?

Sounds like a full on racecar. Not a deep sound, when i heard it i thought of rally car. More of a scream. Around 105 decibels

I was wondering the same thing, I already have the muffler deletes.

Yaaa it's not as loud as I hoped for... I have the Magnaflow muffler delete with resonated X pipe.

I found videos online dont know where. But i really wanted to do it, thought it sounded sweet but the events i race in have noise limitations thati would fail with striaght pipe

Just do muffler delete and add headers......It will be plenty loud.

ok yeah, that too lol! sounded good! MF Xpipes are what 80 bucks, pretty cheap upgrade that sounds killer!

Revo, It sounds awesome!

Is that your car in the video? Did you swap out the resonators for a different part? How do you like the sound?

I'd get headers but I don't want a tune. What's the best way to get rid of the resanators?? Have a muffler shop cut them out and weld in straight pipe?? What happens when I decide to get LTs, will cutting out the resonators matter at that point or would they be coming out anyway?

You can always cut the rear cats out and straight pipe those too. I did this to mine. No check engine light, and it breathes easier with a deeper sound.
