It was amazing, they were both 1RS/SS's and V6's.

And where did you get the idea that one of those is a SS model. They are both V6's ............the SS comes in either a 1SS or a 2SS

because in the original posters post he said that both cars were 1 rs/ss with v6 engines.

I went into our local dealer which is Mountain View Chevrolet in Upland, CA. They had a Black/Black 1LT and sunroof in their showroom. I checked it out and got to sit in it. What an awesome looking car. They had it marked up $5000 over MSRP. I decided to special order mine. Someone bought the one in the showroom and payed the mark-up. I have been told mine will be here in 3 to 4 months. Gosh I hope so. I ordered a Black/Black 2LT RS with sunroof. I cannot wait! If they haven't ordered it yet I might change it to Silver. Not sure and the guys who take care of of the ordering are not in until Monday! We will see on Monday. I have only seen it in Black. Wish I could see it in Silver but they are scare around here as I am sure they are everywhere. If there is anyone out there that has seen both the black and the silver, what do you think? Black or Silver looks better?

I am counting the days and gosh I hope it wont be past 4 months but however long it takes, I will be patient and be greatful.

He did say it was his FIRST viewing of a Camaro... We can let the SS slide, since no one had to put up the POST PICS sign...

Black is hard to keep clean but silver looks amazing in person. In the end it's up to you to decide.

by the way. I hope you didn't order for more than MSRP.

No, MSRP....no mark up! It was too late to change to silver.....already ordered-didn't want to mess it up by changing my order. The wait is going to kill me. Oh well, I will be happy once I get it. I have alot going on the next three months so I am hoping the time goes by fast. I am just hoping GM doesnt file chapter 11 because that means they will probably close everything until they reorganize. Time will tell!
