My New Magnaflow Comp Series Axle Back Exhaust

Finally got my exhaust done after listening to many sound chips and in my wallet. I ended up with the Magnaflow Comp Series Axle Back. Eric at Stillen hooked me up with these. The sound is so much better and the 5" double barrel tips really fill the back nicely. I did not to do the "X-pipe" yet to replace the resonator, may still do that if it it will give me some more sound. This is an L99 SS/RS and I have not noticed any "drone". The exhaust has a very nice sound and is especially noticable when using the tap shifter. The loosing what must have been over 50lbs of canister OEM mufflers, that were yes full of water, should help her ET as well.

I would recomend this for those on a budget, although I will be still saving for the new Borla ATAK cat back system. But other mods come first, I just couldnt take the quiet any more.

Sorry, before you ask, I dont have anyway of getting a recording at this time. I will post when I can.

if you don't like the look of the "heat shield" inside the tips, do what i did and paint them black with a high temp spray paint.
