Need mufflers STAT!!
Just did the DT long tube install today on my Camaro and let me say that HOLY CRAP!! With muffler and resonator delete then installing the LT's was a BAD IDEA!! It is way too freaking loud and no way my neighbors are going to like this one...damn near scared my girl out of the house when I first fired her up. Anyway, I need to get my hands on a pair of mufflers ASAP!! At this point don't care if they're stock or aftermarket just need something. Not looking to spend a lot as I just did that, that's why I don't need anything else but mufflers (i.e. no piping, tips, whatever). Let me know what you guys have out there, here smack dab in the middle in Bakersfield. Thanks

Go to Bob's Muffler in Bakersfield by the 99. They carry a ton of mufflers. Fair prices too

Bob's wont touch it because it's catless...neither will Steve's, my guy who I usually have do my exhaust when I'm catless closed up shop about 2 weeks ago so have been hitting dead ends at every turn...

Yeah I even considered for a temporary fix just going to Kragen and picking up the generic Cherry bomb glasspacks 2.5" I/O to throw in to help out a bit. It would've helped had I still had my resonator in to "dumb" the sound down a bit.

I was thinking of doing a muffler delete on mine. Make me an offer and I'll go get it done within the next week or two.

Well may have found a pair of stock ones but can't get them till next weekend, should I go aftermarket or just stock for now? Want to utilize every bit of power from these LT's and will need to have my aftermarket ones on when I go in for the tune so is it better to just spend the extra up front and go aftermarket and be done with it?

I would go aftermarket.... for for the reason the stockers are huge and heavy...
