HEY ALL YOU C FESTERS!! HOW TO KEEP BUGS OFF THE CAR??
During the road trip. Is there a temp wrap or some coating that will make the bugs easier to clean off once we get there?

The magic trick is blue painters tape. You'll look silly driving up but not when you peel it off. If it's good enough for the drag strip, it's good enough for a road trip.
I've done it on a 13-hour road trip, around town at the destination, and back home again without removing it and when I got home I took it all off and it was just fine. No residue left over but if you have any a quick wipe down should be all you need (rather than having to scrub bugs off and potentially scratch your paint doing so).

Rub a light coat of baby oil on the front bumper, and all the bugs will wash right off. That's what I do for my Vegas runs.
