Chevy Mall Car Covers?

Looking for opinions on the car covers from chevy mall. I want a good cover and i see the indoor is a stretch satin but am unsure as to the material of the "storm proof" outdoor cover.I like the fit of the satin style but wasn't sure how the others fit. the pics show it all saggy and loose fitting. I was looking to have one on hand for when i won't be home and parked in a garage to protect it. Is the satin indoor cover going to be enough when out and about or will it not protect from rains?
Thanks for the feedback.
Rob
