Tell her to do it!

Yesterday I was driving down a four lane highway with a divider, and an old lady was driving in the wrong direction! She scared the crap out of me.

If your grandmother gets a V-8, I will then be forced to get rid of my V-6 and get a V-8, or I will suffer from a deep depression.

I am a 9 time grandmother, albeit a bit of a younger one....but I just explain it as my mid life crisis car when anyone looks askance at me over it...oh, and they can bite me too because my grandkids love it when I "get on it!"

LOL!!!

I ran into a woman at a cruise last week. She tells me she's a granda mother on top of the fact she was driving a 2002 Z28 with an LS2 bored and stroked to a 419 with cam, gears, intake, heads, headers, worked tranny with stall speed and line lock. She showed me time slips in the mid and low 11's!!!!

Go granny go

Here's a cool story for Granny: About 1 week after I ordered mine, I saw one driving around town that was identical to the one I had just ordered, so I followed it. When it pulled into a parking lot at a local small business, I pulled in too. I got out of my car and introduced my self to the driver of my car's twin. She was a 72 year old "granny" who has NEVER owned anything but Camaros. Her very first new vehicle purchase was a '69 Camaro, she said she has had 1 of every generation and has loved every one of them!!! She traded a '00 in for her '10. Tell Granny if she wants it---GO FOR IT!!!! And to hell with what others think!!!!

The real question is:

"Do you want elderly members of society barreling towards you with 3800 lbs fueled by 300-420 horsepower?"

I'd introduce her to the Smart car.
